1. Do you offer returns?

No. Mohh Jewels does not offer returns or refunds.


2. Do you allow exchanges?

Yes, exchange is allowed only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Tampered package

  • Wrong product received

3. Is an unboxing video mandatory?

Yes. A clear unboxing video is compulsory for any exchange request.

The video must:

  • Be recorded from start to end

  • Show the sealed package

  • Clearly capture the product condition

❗ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


4. How soon should I raise a complaint?

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.


5. What details do I need to share for an exchange?

Please share the following details via WhatsApp:

  • Order ID

  • Name

  • Email ID

  • Instagram ID

  • Complete unboxing video

6. How long does it take to get a response?

Due to high message volume, our maximum response time is 48 working hours.


7. What happens after I submit my exchange request?

Our customer care team will:

  • Review the unboxing video

  • Verify product and packaging details

If the video is found to be:

  • Edited

  • Fake

  • Repacked

  • Not recorded from start

👉 The exchange request will be rejected.


8. What are the conditions for exchange approval?

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused

  • Original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact


9. How does the exchange pickup work for damaged or wrong items?

Once approved:

  • We will share a digital shipping label (PDF)

  • You must pack the product safely with bubble wrap

  • Pickup will be arranged within 24 hours of label sharing

🔄 Replacement will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the returned item.


10. Can I exchange a product due to size issues?

Yes, size exchange is allowed for rings and bangles.

However:

  • All shipping charges must be borne by the customer

  • Customer must self-ship the product


11. What courier service should I use?

You may use any reliable courier service.
Please share the tracking details once shipped.


12. When will I receive the exchanged product?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, our team will contact you to collect re-dispatch shipping charges, after which the correct-size product will be shipped.


13. Do you offer refunds?

No. Mohh Jewels does not offer refunds.


14. Is there any exception to the refund policy?

In rare and exceptional cases:

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued only as a coupon code

  • Coupon validity: 1 year

  • Coupon can be used on any purchase within the validity period
