Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we do deliver internationally.

To place an international order:

Who pays import duty / customs charges?

All product prices and shipping charges exclude import duties, customs, and local taxes.

As the recipient:

  • You are responsible for paying all applicable import/custom duties

  • Failure to pay may result in your order being held at customs or returned, and Mohh Jewels will not be liable for such cases

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to ship my order?

  • Orders are shipped within 24–48 working hours after confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are shipped on the next working day

  • Our warehouse dispatches orders Monday to Saturday

How long will delivery take?

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location

🔔 If any item in your order is unavailable or delayed, our team will contact you within 1–2 working days.

What about personalised / made-to-order items?

  • Personalised or made-to-order items take 15–20 days

  • The making timeline is clearly mentioned on the product page

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS, including:

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking number

What time will my order be delivered?

  • Once your package is out for delivery, the courier partner will call you

  • Deliveries are OTP-verified, so please keep your phone available

What is the shipping cost within India?

  • Free shipping on all orders of any value.

What are the international shipping charges?

  • International shipping charges depend on product weight and destination

  • Charges are shared during order confirmation on WhatsApp/DM

Who are your logistics partners?

  • India: Bluedart, Delhivery
    (Xpressbees for select rural pincodes)

  • International: Aramex or DHL

❌ Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we offer Partial COD within India:

  • ₹300 advance (prepaid)

  • Remaining amount payable at delivery

❌ COD is not available for international orders.

🔁 Returns, Exchange & Refunds

Can I return my order?

No. Mohh Jewels does not offer returns.

When is exchange allowed?

Exchange is allowed only if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Package is tampered

  • Wrong product is delivered

How are refunds processed?

We do not offer refunds.
In rare cases, refunds (if approved) are issued only as a coupon code.

📦 Product Authenticity

Will I receive the same product as shown?

Yes.
We follow a strict “What You See Is What You Get” policy.
All products are shot under natural lighting in our in-house studio.

🎥 Unboxing Video Policy

I forgot to make an unboxing video. What can be done?

Unfortunately, no complaint will be accepted without an unboxing video.

In case of damage:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, with original packaging & tags

  • Exchange/repair is possible only if customer bears both-side shipping costs

We request customers to allow up to 24 working hours for a response due to high message volume.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! You can place wholesale orders and get 10% OFF.

Conditions:

  • Minimum order value: ₹15,000

  • Minimum quantity: 3 pieces per design

  • Brand images/videos cannot be reused

  • You must do your own product shoot
